What is Zingerang Connect? Zingerang Connect is an exciting, intelligent mobile messaging service that enables anyone to send out interactive messages to mobile people and get responses in real-time. It is integrated into Microsoft Outlook and takes advantage of your Outlook Address book to send messages.

Is the service secure? Yes this service is secure. We send the messages over a secure encrypted channel. You can also require the recipient to use a PIN when opening up a message.

Is the service dependable? Yes, this service is dependable. Zingerang Connect has implemented a redundant service architecture to ensure message delivery.

How much does Zingerang Connect cost? During the beta trial, there is no cost for the service. However, you may incur charges for SMS messages. Check your local mobile network service plan.

Are there any software requirements? To send messages, you will need Windows XP and Microsoft Outlook 2003 with SP1 on your PC. Smart devices, like SmartPhones, Pocket PCs, and BlackBerrys, etc, will require a thin software client. You can receive messages on both wired and wireless devices once they have been activated with Zingerang.

How do I build my Personal Contact List? You invite your friends, family, and coworkers to join your personal contact list. The invitation points them to a link so that they can activate their devices to receive Zingerang messages. There is no charge to receive messages. Once they have activated their devices, they will be able to join your contact list and receive messages.

I have downloaded Zingerang Connect and do not see the icon in my Outlook toolbar. What should I do? Close Outlook and reopen the application. You should now see the Zingerang Icon in your Outlook toolbar. If you still cannot see it, please go to our support page and submit a support request.

Will I get “spammed” if I subscribe to this service? You will not get spammed if you subscribe to this service because you choose when to opt-in.
